- NC Wildlife Resources Commission Snow's Cut Boat Ramp (220 Annie Dr, Carolina Beach, NC), with a meeting time of 0600 and depart no later than 0630.
- Specific location and departure time will be confirmed by the Captain no later than the day prior to the Charter.

Charter Policies
- Reservations:
- We DO NOT pre-designate charter destinations, the FIRST Diver or Group to request an open date sets the Charter type/destination.
- Our booking policy is delineated by weekdays or weekends. For weekdays (Monday-Thursday) we require the boat to be booked with the minimum number of divers required to operate the charter. We will accept charter requests for less than the minimum required to operate the charter. The charter will not be confirmed however until the minimum divers required to operate is met.
- For weekends (Friday-Sunday) we will continue to accept and book single divers up to full groups.
- We carry a Maximum of 6 divers on 2-tank trips and require a minimum of 5 divers to run a charter. For 3-tank spearfishing and Meg Ledge charters we carry a Maximum of 6 divers and require a minimum of 4 divers to run a charter.
- Booking requests can be made via text, email or by phone. Bookings are finalized over the phone.
- All booking reservations require a valid credit card (Mastercard or Visa) to confirm, cards will not be charged or pre-authorized for reservations.
- We have Nitrox steel (HP100 & HP120) rental tanks for $25 each.
- We also now have the capability to refill our multi-day customers tanks with Air or EANx.

- Cancellation Policy:
Trips cancelled 7 days prior incur no penalty, inside 7 days we will try to fill the booked spot. If we can't fill the spot and the boat runs, you will be charged for the price of the charter! If you cannot make a trip you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible. Weather in North Carolina can be unpredictable at times, it is the captain’s call on if we run and what dive site we go to. The captain and crew also reserve the right to refuse a diver from entering the water because of unsafe diving practices.
*passengers who fail to dive due to seasickness, gear failure, or any other reason are responsible for the price of the charter*
- Certifications & Equipment:
- All divers are responsible for bringing the necessary equipment and gear for a given dive trip. All divers are also required to have the proper certification for the dive they schedule.
- The captain and crew WILL review certification cards at the dock prior to departure. Please have your card with you.
- Spearfishing trips require each diver to have an SMB or DSMB.
- MEG Tooth trips require each diver to have an SMB or DSMB and a Wreck reel.
- Group Rate Policy

Boat Rules
- Please be on time for your scheduled dive trip. You need to be at the dock at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Extra Storage Space is limited, especially on 3 tank dives, so please bring only the essentials.
- NO big gear bags of spare parts, large HARD cases, crates or tubs. Please only bring what you will use on your dives.
- We have cooler's with complimentary water and room for your cold requirements, Do not bring additional personal coolers.
- Absolutely no drugs allowed on board! Alcohol is permitted, but remember you can only drink AFTER your dives.
- We spend alot of time to find and bring you to some of the best spearfishing and Meg tooth hunting areas off the NC coast. Please respect these areas and do not record dive coordinates.
- For spearfishing trips we hold a blanket Coastal Recreational Fishing License (CRFL) so you do not need any additional licenses. All divers are responsible for knowing, understanding and following all state and federal limits and regulations, and are responsible for adhering to all regulations regarding the taking of fish and lobster.
- ALL divers must dive with a personal dive computer. We have Shearwater Peregrine computers for rent.
** For Meg Ledge charters, you must have a personal dive computer, wreck reel, and SMB. A Pony bottle and Nitrox certification is not required but is highly encouraged. A minimum certification level of Advanced Open Water OR a Deep Diver Specialty certification is required.
*** FUEL SURCHARGE- As the operating costs and especially fuel have continued to increase, we appreciate your understanding and continued support as we make the decision that implementing a fuel surcharge is now inevitable. Continuing for 2024 there will be a "floating" fuel surcharge, typically resulting in a surcharge of $15-$25 dependent upon charter type and fuel burned, my intent is for the surcharge NOT to exceed $25 maximum. Thank you all for your understanding and we look forward to diving with you.
Dive Sites & Charter Prices
Prices are per diver and does not include tanks or scuba gear rental.
MEG tooth hunting & Spearfishing trips are 3 tank trips standard. All other trips are 2-tanks, a 3rd tank can be added for $50.
Meg Tooth Ledges**
$325 (3-tank charter)
Dive the Inshore (26-28 mile 92-97 feet deep ledges) or Offshore (34-36 mile 98-112 feet deep ledges)
- Does NOT include tanks
- Rental tanks are available
- DPV's rentals are available for Meg tooth charters, rental rate is $50 per day
- Personal DPV's are allowed, coordinate with Captain

AOW Certification & MEG Ledge 2-day Charter

We now offer the only opportunity in North Carolina for you complete your AOW & also dive for Meg Teeth immediately during the same charter trip.
- Complete your AOW certification over 2 dive days, culminating the certification on the 1st dive of Day 2 with the Deep Dive, followed by 2 MEG Tooth dives with your Instructor.
- Must already be Nitrox certified. Nitrox CAN be added to the AOW certification for an additional cost
Spearfishing Trip**
$300 (3-tank charter)
- 25-45 miles offshore
- Does NOT include tanks
- Rental tanks are available
**additional dive experience/qualifications and equipment required. Divers must at a minimum be U/W Hunter, or AOW or Deep Diver Specialty certified, or have a minimum of 25 logged dives. We prefer to "Drift Dive" when spearfishing, all divers must also carry a Wreck reel, and an SMB or DSMB. NITROX certification is highly recommended!

Discover Scuba Diving

Try scuba in a controlled pool environment. This is a familiarization class, not a certification course conducted within the confines of a warm and calm pool.
If you have a Mask, Fins, and Snorkel bring them, if not they will be provided for the course.
Try scuba and if you enroll in an Open Water Scuba Diver course within 6 months receive 10% off base course cost.
Open Water Scuba Diver (OWSD)

Students provide Mask, Fins, and Snorkel. Course costs cover all student learning materials and basic scuba gear for the course (BCD, Regulator set, Computer, and Tanks). OWSD certification dives are conducted in a local Quarry or with prior coordination in the quarry for initial dives (2-3) followed by open ocean dives (1-2) weather dependent. Bundle NITROX course for additional savings.
Quarry entrance ($25 day) and/or Charter boat fees ($100-$175) are in addition to the basic course cost.

Advanced Open Water Diver

You don’t have to be “advanced” to take it – it’s designed to advance your diving, so you can start right after earning your PADI OWSD certification. The course helps build confidence and expand your scuba skills through 5 different Adventure Dives. You try out different specialties while gaining experience under the supervision of your PADI Instructor.
Each Adventure Dive may credit toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver Course.
Rescue Diver

Divers describe the Rescue Diver course as the most challenging, yet most rewarding course they’ve ever taken. Why? Because you learn to prevent and manage problems in the water, and become more confident in your skills as a diver, knowing that you can help others if needed. You also learn to become a better buddy by practicing problem solving skills until they become second nature. Plus, the course is just fun – serious, but still allows for lots of laughter in between the focused learning.
EFR Primary & Secondary First Aid, CPR & AED training

Full certification training offered for Primary and Secondary Care First Aid, CPR and AED certification, and Care for Children certification (add $25 to course cost). EFR training is based on internationally recognized medical guidelines for emergency patient care. Flexible instructional approach with independent study followed by in person skill development. Results in shorter classroom time requirements.
Course is open to ALL individuals and there are no minimum age requirements.

DPV Rentals

We have limited quantities of Subnado and LeFeet DPVs available to rent for MEG Tooth hunting charters. DPVs are the optimal machine for tooth hunting. Small size and weighing only 6 lbs with 3 user selectable speeds, one handed operation with long battery life. Each DPV rental is for one 3 tank Meg Charter amd comes with a primary and a spare battery.
Tank Fills (Air and EANx)

Air and EANx Fills for our Charter guests.
We do not offer retail tank fills for non-charter guests.
We bank 3500cf of 32% Nitrox and can fill alternate mixes as well depending upon the planned Charter profiles.
